On September 19th, 2024, Myles received a life-saving liver transplant.
Words cannot express how grateful we are to the generous donor. Their decision has profoundly impacted our lives, giving Myles a new chance at life.
The past year has been a challenging journey, filled with ups and downs. We are deeply thankful for everyone who has supported us through this time—your love, encouragement, and prayers have meant the world to us. While Myles has received his transplant, our days at SickKids and the Ronald McDonald House will continue for the foreseeable future.
Currently, Myles remains in the hospital as he continues his recovery. He spent three weeks in the ICU due to breathing issues following the transplant, but he is a fighter, and we are hopeful as he progresses.
For those who wanted to be living donors for Myles but were unable to do so, we want to encourage you to consider becoming an anonymous organ donor. Every year, countless individuals are in need of life-saving transplants, and your decision to donate could change someone’s life forever. If it’s in your heart to help, please explore this possibility. Your selflessness and compassion can bring hope to others who are waiting for a second chance.
Thank you all for your continued support and for keeping Myles in your thoughts and prayers.
We will keep you updated on his recovery journey.

Myles needs a living liver donor with blood type A or O to donate to him in Toronto.
Welcome!
Thank you for supporting
Mighty Myles
In Mid-October of 2023, Myles Beaulieu was diagnosed with a Rare & Chronic Liver Disease called Biliary Atresia.
Now at one year old he has been admitted long term to The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, awaiting a Liver Transplant.
Myles needs a living liver donor with blood type A or O to donate to him in Toronto.
A healthy person can donate a piece of the liver to save Myles’ life. The liver is a remarkable organ that will grow back to its original size in just 6-10 weeks. UHN has the largest liver transplant program in Canada. Since 2000, they have preformed over 800 living liver donor surgeries and currently hold a survival rate of 100%.
Living liver donors do not need to be the same gender, blood relatives or from the same culture as Myles.
Living donors for Myles do need to be:
A or O blood type (both + and - welcomed)
Between the age of 16-50
Overall in good health
No major health concerns in the past
Roughly, 4 out of 5 living donor candidates are not approved and are unable to become living organ donors…
Just by sharing our story, you are making a difference. You may know the person who can help change a little boys life.
